The acquisition creates meaningful sales and profit upside opportunities for MLCC, including the opportunity to leverage Nuevo’s technology to continue to improve the MADE Lifestyle Collection and ARIA Candle Company customer shopping experience and accelerate the modernization of MADE’s digital platform. Nuevo Candles will serve as an important long-term growth vehicle for MLCC, generating an estimated 25% of profitable sales as an incubator and private label production house. Better together, Made Lifestyle Collection LLC will continue leading Chicago’s home decor category forward in a more tech-forward and sustainable way.
