VIZIO has announced that Modern Luxury Media, the nation’s largest luxury media company with 50 distinct publications across America, has launched its first streaming TV offering, M/LUX, which is premiering exclusively on VIZIO’s WatchFree+ service.
M/LUX features hundreds of hours of premium episodic and on-demand content that showcases luxury lifestyles covering Food + Drink, Home + Design, Art + Culture, Travel + Adventure, and Fashion + Beauty. The streaming library launches exclusively as part of VIZIO’s Branded Content Studios offering, which offers brands the opportunity to become part of the programming experience. Advertisers are increasingly connecting with unique audiences across VIZIO’s newly refreshed Home Screen.
The partnership between VIZIO and M/LUX will give premium advertisers across the Modern Luxury Media publishing portfolio an opportunity to expand their reach into millions of VIZIO homes. The companies kicked off the relationship in August with Atlantis Resorts as the presenting sponsor for Global Child The Bahamas: Protecting Paradise, a series that explores the region through the lens of shark dives, coral planting, and shipwrecks.
“M/LUX enables audiences to experience different aspects of luxury lifestyles in their own way, everyday,” said Mike Pallad, President of Modern Luxury Media. “Stories about fashion icons, travel hotspots, classic cars, amazing homes, exciting art, and more. We are proud to work with VIZIO to deliver this new programming to WatchFree+ audiences for the first time.”
“From understanding our audiences through our glass-level data set, we know that our users are looking to find content that transports them to new destinations, flavors, and adventures,” said Katlyn Wilson, Director of Branded Content Sales & Strategy at VIZIO. “We are excited to help Modern Luxury Media, a longtime leader in luxury publishing, launch M/LUX and bring this new content category to life for millions of VIZIO customers.”
VIZIO users can access M/LUX content on the VIZIO WatchFree+ app, with no subscription or downloads needed.
